I’ve just received this update from Beauchamp College. This means traffic will be heavier than usual around the area so please plan accordingly and respect residents on the diversionary routes.

“Please be aware that ‘phase 1’ of the recent Severn Trent water repairs/improvements have now been completed. This means access along Ash Tree road is now available.

“However ‘phase 2’ started during half term which includes a road closure on Coombe Rise from Ash Tree Road (post box junction) to Ridgeway. There are diversions in place which take road users along Park Crescent and Richmond Way past the bus stop to Ridgeway and the main college entrance.

“We are hopeful that the restrictions around college will be lifted soon but roadworks in the area are likely to extend journey times for car users so please take this into consideration when planning your journey on Monday.”
